Fast drying transparent adhesion promoter, perfect for use on all bare plastics (except PE).
Designed to be used before applying any coloured adhesive vinyl. It will leave a smooth and glossy surface for cutting which will prevent the parts of the cut from coming away from the sheet.
In adequate conditions, Plastofix will allow for cutting speeds of up to 500mm/s after 30 seconds.
How do you use HB Body Plastofix?
Recommended applied by roller either in a thickness of 0,15 - 0,2mm onto a glass substrate. In order to create a smooth surface, it is recommended to apply 5 - 10 coats with a drying time between each coat of about 2 minutes. The average working angle can be from 80° up to 90° and the minimum 45° depending on the type of machine being used.
